Our Services may include content or links to external websites. These are provided for convenience; Tradez does not endorse and is not responsible for third-party content. Your interactions with such sites are solely between you and the third party.

 

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT USAGE

All content, including logos, images, card designs, descriptions, software, and trademarks, is owned or licensed by Tradez. No use—copying, distribution, or creation of derivative works—is permitted without prior written consent.

 

10. AVAILABILITY OF SERVICES & RELIABILITY OF CONTENT

While we strive to maintain accessibility and accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free content. Services may be updated, suspended, or removed without notice.

 

11. LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tradez disclaims liability for any indirect, accidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our Services. Our liability for direct losses is limited to the value of your purchase in the previous 180 days unless prohibited by law.

 

12. NO THIRD-PARTY BENEFICIARIES

These Terms are between you and Tradez only. No one else may enforce these Terms unless explicitly stated.

 

13. NOTICE

We may notify you via email, posting on our site, or other electronic means. Such notice is deemed sufficient for all purposes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

 

16. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • If any term is deemed unenforceable, the remainder remain valid.

  • No waiver by Tradez of any breach shall be deemed a waiver of future breaches.

  • These Terms represent the entire agreement governing your use of our Services.

 

17. RETURNS, FAULTY ITEMS & LIMITED-EDITION LAUNCHES

Returns & Faulty Items: Trading cards, memorabilia, and limited-edition items are final sale unless defective. Report defects within 14 days with receipt and photographic evidence. We will consider a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Limited-Edition Drops: Elite releases are strictly limited. Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Tradez reserves the right to amend or cancel releases at any time, including corrections to pricing or availability.

Mis-shipments / Missing Items: Report issues within 5 business days of delivery (or expected receipt) for resolution.
